What exactly is an integration or API connection?
An integration lets two systems exchange data automatically via their API. For example: a webshop order that automatically creates an invoice in your accounting, or stock that stays in sync between your POS and webshop.
My systems have no off-the-shelf connector. Is it still possible?
Yes. That's exactly when we build a custom API integration, optionally with a middleware layer. As long as both systems have an API or webhooks, there's almost always a solution.
What does an integration cost?
It depends on the systems, the direction (one- or two-way) and complexity. After a short intake you get a fixed price upfront — no surprises afterwards.
What about maintenance when an API changes?
We build integrations to be maintainable, with logging and monitoring. If an API changes, we adapt the integration. Maintenance can be per occurrence or a fixed monthly fee.
